We received exceptional service today from Rob Steele, Manager and Catherine in the office. Despite Rob’s very busy workload and a huge backlog, he offered to meet us on the service dock and try to help us out. He crawled into the engine compartment and with a skilled diagnosis and 1/2 hour of his time sorted out our engine issues and saved our holiday ! When we asked to compensate him for his expertise and time, he said not to worry. This kind and generous gesture was over the top and really appreciated, to say the least ! Thanks again 🙂
