We use Canada Post to ship all orders.
We offer FREE ground shipping using Canada Post within Canada on most orders of $125 or more (pre-tax). This does not apply to Special Order items which we do not keep in stock.
This offer does include remote areas of Canada which are typically northern regions, including but not limited to postal codes beginning with: V0J, V0N, V0P, V0R, V0T, V0V, P0L, P0V, R0B, R0C, S0J, T0H, T0P, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0E, and Y0B. If you live in a remote area, please call us before ordering, so we can discuss shipping charges prior to purchase.
We may not be able to ship paint, flares, aerosols, epoxies, solvents, and other hazardous or toxic items and some maintenance products, or the cost to ship such items may be prohibitive due to hazardous goods transport regulations and/or the destination. If they can be shipped it will be by ground freight only and are not included in our free shipping programme. If it is not feasible, or cost effective, to ship an item to you, we will contact you.
Applicable freight charges will be applied to goods which require shipping by truck such as oversized, or overweight items including dinghies, motors, fridges, and large quantities of chain, etc.
You may arrange your own courier collection and delivery. However, items shipped on your account are done so at your risk of loss or damage. Stones Boatyard is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your courier or transport company.
Local customers can save the shipping charges by placing your order on-line and picking it up in person at the Marine Store@Stones Boatyard. Please allow us time to process your order and inform you when it is ready.
We cannot currently ship internationally.
