We returned a VHF, STANDARD HORIZON radio to the chandlery today. The normal policy in such stores is NOT to accept electronics of this sort back again. When they saw the box was opened but nothing touched, they gave us FULL store credit we applied immediately to the purchase of THE VHF we should have bought the first time. The real kicker??? This VHF was purchased 11 months ago!!!NOW THAT IS 5 STAR SERVICE!
