Description

The JABSCO MACERATOR PUMP 18590-2092 is a self-priming macerator pump with run-dry protection, which features:

• A Jabsco nitrile compound impeller
• 4 Blade stainless steel cutter reduces the particle size to 1/8″ (3 mm) maximum.
• Lip type seal

This JABSCO MACERATOR PUMP 18590-2092 is the excellent solution for emptying marine equipping tanks when not in a discharge limited area. In addition, self-priming to 5′ this pump will empty a typical 30 gallon (115 Liter) holding tank in less than 3 minutes. Additionally, the responsibility cycle of the pump is 15 minutes continuous which means a 180 gallon (680 liters) can be emptied in a single operation. 

Also, there is the suggestion that holding tanks be flushed with several gallons of water after each pump out. This will mitigate the possibility of a continued build-up of sediment in the tank which could cause a potential blockage.

Fish Box & Livewell Tank Evacuation:
